The American Dental Association recommends changing your brush at least every three months. If you’re getting over a cold or flu, we recommend changing your toothbrush to avoid spreading germs and reintroducing the virus to yourself.

Wet the brush head and apply toothpaste to avoid splashing, position the brush at your teeth before turning on. In one quadrant of your mouth, guide the brush head slowly from tooth to tooth, spending a few seconds on each tooth surface. Brush the fronts, then the backs, and finally the chewing surfaces. A short vibration pasue will alert you when it’s time to switch quadrants. Repeat Step 2 on all four quadrants. When your two minutes are up, the toothbrush automatically turns off.

Supecare toothbrush was designed in Michigan and manufactured in China to reduce the price.

Yes! Supecare toothbrush heads provide thorough cleaning and have soft bristles that are safe for sensitive teeth and gums. If you have sensitive teeth and gums, we recommend using sensitive mode.

Orders and shipping

You will receive an email from us letting you know your order has been received. Smile! Your Supecare  box will be at your door within 5 business days.

You simply sign up for Supecare and choose the Supecare products you want to receive at your door every three months. You can cancel at any time. If you’re into saving money, prepay for a full year (4 boxes) and receive 15% off. Pre-pay is nonrefundable unless you cancel before your first order is processed and shipped.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $1.50 applies to all orders.

Ground shipping is free on all subscription orders and orders with a value of $10 or more. 2-day shipments are $12 and overnight shipments are $20.

You can purchase any Supecare products through the store.

If you choose to pay for your subscription monthly, you will be billed every month beginning with your first order date. If you want to pay quarterly, you will be billed every three months. If you prepay for a year at a 15% discount, you will be billed for the entire year at the time of purchase.

Yes, all subscriptions will continue to renew until you choose to cancel. 

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you choose to cancel after your order has been processed you will still receive and be charged for that Supercare product. Pre-paid yearly subscriptions are non-refundable unless you cancel before your order is processed and shipped.

We try to send your order soon after you place it, which may limit our ability to change items in your order or cancel a shipment. If you're on a subscription, you can change the timing of your shipments on your Account page. For other orders, please feel free to email prorabserv@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

You will receive a shipment notification email that includes a tracking number once your order ships. Alternatively, if you created an account during checkout, you can check your shipment status and tracking number under the “Order History” tab.
